This course will teach you how to shape a nail, treat cuticles safely, treat hard skin, perform a relaxing foot massage and apply nail polish perfectly.

You will also gain a good understanding of the anatomy of the foot, the structure of a nail, nail disorders and aftercare tips.

A manicure is a fingernail shaping and beauty treatment.  

This course will teach you how to correctly file and shape the edges of the nails, push and clip cuticles, massage the hands and apply nail polish. You will also learn about the anatomy of the hand and the structure and growth of a nail, anatomy of the hand and arm and structure and growth of the nail.

During the course you will learn about the products and equipment used to perform a manicure as well as learning the techniques required for filing, treating cuticles, exfoliation, hand and arm massage and mask and polish application.
